This challenge was inspired by a friend of mine, Blake. I don’t want to air too much of his dirty laundry so I will speak about the situation in generalities. He went through a pretty tough breakup and he channeled a lot of his energy from that breakup toward working out. After a few months Blake was looking really good! I asked him what his routine was and he shared with me his day by day workout guide (I am trying to track down the workout to share on here).
I have to admit that I wasn’t satisfied with my results. It could be that I wasn’t pushing myself hard enough. Or it could have been the fact that I was not eating all that clean during the workout challenge. In 2017, I am dedicating the entire year to ensuring that I improve my strength and physique. Hopefully the results are more fruitful then my small window of the 60 day challenge.
